S.F. Approves Gun Ban Penalties
Despite an ongoing lawsuit with NRA, San Francisco`s Board of Supervisors has set penalties on what is regarded as one of the toughest anti-gun laws in the country. They approved a set of penalties for violating the law that include imposition of a $1,000 penalty and a jail term of between 90 days and six months.
